How do I add a second pet?

Tap the + button on the Pets tab. Adding a second pet requires a PawKeep Premium subscription.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes — deleting the app removes all local data. We recommend using the Backup feature in Settings before deleting. If you have an iCloud backup, you can restore your data when you reinstall.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → PawKeep → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open PawKeep → Settings (gear icon) → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Does PawKeep work on Apple Watch?

Yes! PawKeep includes a companion Apple Watch app. It syncs your pet data automatically. You can log meals, track medications, start walks, and find emergency vets from your wrist.

How do I export my pet's health records?

Go to your pet's profile → scroll to Export & Share → choose Health Binder, Year in Review, or Pet ID Card. You can share the PDF via email, Messages, AirDrop, or save to Files.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't operate servers that store your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I change the app's color theme?

Go to Settings (gear icon on Pets tab) → Preferences → Theme. Choose from Classic, Ocean, Forest, or Sunset.
