Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PawKeep ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

PawKeep is a pet health tracking application that allows you to log medications, vaccinations, vet visits, expenses, walks, feeding schedules, and other pet care activities. The app is a record-keeping tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

Medical Disclaimer

PawKeep is a document vault and tracker. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, interpret lab results, or recommend treatments. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health needs.

User Responsibilities

Subscriptions

PawKeep offers optional premium subscriptions:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

PawKeep, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by its developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

PawKeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, missed medication reminders, or inaccurate health information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
